Cancellation Policy
Davinci & Co. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Davinci & Co. Each time block is reserved exclusively for you to ensure dedicated, high-end technical hair artistry.I understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. Out of respect for my time and my waiting list, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total.No-shows (failing to show up without notifying me) will be charged 100% of the reserved service total.Late Arrivals: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid disrupting the next client, and standard cancellation fees will apply.Please contact me directly via phone, text, or through your booking portal to make any necessary changes. All fees will be automatically processed using the credit card secured at the time of online booking.Thank you for your understanding, support, and cooperation in keeping my schedule running smoothly!
